The whole ECEN network meets at an Assembly at least once every two years to:
- update ourselves Christian environmental activity in Europe
- discuss topics of current importance
- relate to local issues in the host country
- share in worship and on a theme of God's creation
- engage in theological reflection
- carry forward the programmes of the working groups
- share materials and experiences
- plan and resource activities for the next period
