Webmaster's note :
The whole dossier is about 50 pages of text and uses many large graphics. To make it manageable it has therefore had to be split into separate files. Some parts will download quite quickly; others may take a few minutes.

Each part of the dossier is a Microsoft Word 97 file. You will be asked if you want to save it to a file on your computer or to open the file in Microsoft Word. If you cannot access these files it because you do not have Microsoft Word (for example if you use Word Perfect or Lotus WordPro), or if you have an earlier version of Microsoft Word, please Contact the Webmaster and tell me what word processing software and which version number you use.
