What the Notice Board is For

This is a page where anyone in the network can "post" information or requests, which can be read by anyone else in the network. Some examples might be :
  • about some event you are organising,
  • some situation of importance which you think others in the network should be aware,
  • about a new EU Directive or green paper which is open for comment,
  • inviting others to join in a practical initiative or a piece of written work,
  • asking a question about an issue,
  • asking if anyone has resource material about a practical environmental problem. ... and so on ...

    It is also a place where members of the network are invited to answer any of the questions, by posting an answer to the Notice Board. We would very much like members of the ECEN Network to share their knowledge and experience by looking regularly at the Notice Board, not only to see what's on, but to answer questions people may have. This is an important part of the Network.

    Please note that the Notice Board should not be used for anything confidential, because the Notice Board can be accessed by the general public. If you have something confidential to say or ask, it is better just to send an email to the person concerned.

    How to Post a new Notice on the ECEN Notice Board

    Notice from the ECEN Webmaster

    Someone sent a false message to the ECEN notice board begging for money. It wrote over all previous messages, and corrupted the way messages are sent to the Notice Board.

    For the moment, if you want to send a message to the Notice Board, please send it as an Email to the Webmaster and I will add it myself.

    Our apologies to anyone who has been inconvenienced by this.
